Tonight Kate lost her first teeth - and not a moment too soon! She was looking to be the only 2nd grader who hadn't lost a tooth! She was pretty brave - or as she told her Mimi - "I only did two small screams!"

Clair was very disgusted by all the blood!
Kate thought the blood made her look like something from a "scary movie" - thus the scary face!

Why is it that parents pull teeth right after bath time? It seems you'd want to pull teeth then let them get in the shower to wash all the blood away! I'm just sayin'! Regardless of when it was done...yay for 2 missing teeth! I do worry for the day when you have to pull Clair's teeth. I'm afraid it will be more than "2 little screams!"
