A night in NYC, in SA

Last night we went out to dinner and had a NYC-ish night. We started out with pizza at Grimaldi's. I was first introduced to Grimaldi's while living in NYC. It is right by the Brooklyn Bridge and it is the best pizza around. Luckly we just had one open here in SA. Yummy...it's a good thing it is on the other side of town, because I would want to eat there all the time. After dinner, we walked over to a place called Orange Cup. It is a Pinkberry like frozen yogurt place. It was delicious.

I would give it a 1 & 1/2 thumbs up, out of 2. Pinkberry is of course a 2 thumbs up thing. I'm excited for later this week...when I can eat the real thing. I will again be heading to CA and I've already mapped out to the local Pinkberry. Yummy!

Day Five at Disney World

Today was a busy day! We spent the morning at Epcot riding Mission Space, Test Track, and touring the country showcase! Then we broke my number one rule...never wait in line longer than 40 minutes! We waited FOREVER to see the characters shown below!

While Bowen and Brooklyn napped in strollers, the girls found TinkerBell gardens!

After lots of walking we stopped in the shade to catch our breaths and cool off! I snapped a few pictures! Here is Kate - total wild women smile! So cute!

Kate had two requests from EPCOT - one an umbrella from "China-land" - Check! The other was toe socks from "Japan-land" - No go on the toe socks, they didn't have them in kid sizes!

That night we went to the best and most fun dinner of the whole trip! We went to Mickey's backyard barbecue! It was so much fun! Chip and Dale greeted us!

Then we had cold lemonade and played lawn games and drew with sidewalk chalk while we waited to be seated.

Dinner was OK, but the dessert was AWESOME!

There was a great band and some dancing and let me tell you - this gang tore up the dance floor! Here are Bowen and I resting after taking several turns around the dance floor!

We were tired, but so happy this night! It had been a fun day and a GREAT evening!

Day Four at DisneyWorld

This day had a lot of Pooh.....hehehe...sorry couldn't help myself!

More Disney - Day Three

Day three is kind of short on photos from the Bright camp! This is the day we took Bowen to an urgent care clinic. He was running a real high fever 102and he also had a bad rash. We have since learned he is allergic to sunscreen! I think that is what was causing the problem the whole week! Sadly, we didn't learn this until about a week ago! So, we continued to lather him up and down for the rest of our week in Florida!
