Aiken for my Hubby!

Hello all! We are in Aiken with Stephen's parents while Stephen is in Germany for two weeks. Stephen is enjoying Germany, but wishes we were with him. He got to visit Helge's parents and will visit Helge and his wife and twin girls on Monday and Tuesday.

Things here are ok. Stephen's mom is being very helpful. The kids are really a little crazy. It is hard not to be in their own bed, with their own toys, and in their own sapce. Bowen is growing! We are all hanging in there.

I can't figure out how to post pictures from my camara to the blog using my in-laws computer. So, everyone who wants pics...email me at brighteach@gmail.com so I have your address...this is my new email account and I don't have anyones address.

I was looking through some pictures and come across this one. I about peed my pants laughing and remembering the fun time! Remember how serious Clair was about delivering the "gift" to Brooklyn and how Brooklyn kept throwing the "gifts". I mean really, just look at Clair's face. Then there was Kate and her head gear! Honestly, it was too funny! Thought you might all like the jog down memory lane.

Princess Clair

Here are a few pictures of Clair in her new dress Mimi got her at the begining of the summer. She is just now able to wear it and she looked SO cute! One of our friends at church said she looked yummy...like a little yellow lemon chiffon (sp?) pie! These aren't the best pictures ever taken...but we were running late for church so this had to do! Enjoy!

While Bowen lay watching the clouds drift across the sky...the girls played with their bikes!

Clair kept running back over to Bowen to give him kisses or tell him secrets! She sure loves him!

Bowen is up 12 oz. from last week. He is really filling in! We also found out he has "silent" reflux. He is still a very good baby! These are from an afternoon outside...he enjoyed looking up at the blue clear sky!

Coach of the Year

Here is Joel at his first game. He's the one in the center with the red hat on. He is quite the head coach. The kids really seem to like him and even a parent said one of his games was the best coached game she had ever seen. It is fun to see him in action.

1st trip to the Zoo

On Labor Day, we took Brooklyn to the Zoo. Britni, Joel, and I had a fun time watching Brooklyn Ooh and Aah over the animals. The funniest thing is when the Elephant went to the bathroom in front of us. Brooklyn's mouth dropped open. I wish I had a picture of that. Brooklyn loved feeding the ducks and fish. Every time we walked by one of the food canisters she pointed and said "that." We only let her feed them twice. Joel didn't like how it made her so dirty. :) After a few minutes in her stroller, she was ready to be out and on her own. She is such an independent child, but oh so cute. She has a smile that will just melt your soul. You should have seen Brooklyn when Joel got there. He had been at football practice and met us at the zoo. When he walked up she went running towards him like she hadn't seen him in years. It was really adorable.

Papa and Brooklyn

I haven't blogged pictures in ages. I have many that have needed to be blogged. About a month ago Brooklyn was over and I took these two pictures. Papa was going out to work in the yard and Brooklyn wanted to help, but she felt the need to look just like Papa. She is a doll.
